{"id":159,"date":"2019-12-13T23:05:35","date_gmt":"2019-12-13T22:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites-lira.obspm.fr\/benoit-mosser\/?page_id=159"},"modified":"2019-12-13T23:14:58","modified_gmt":"2019-12-13T22:14:58","slug":"graduate-program-astroparis","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites-lira.obspm.fr\/benoit-mosser\/graduate-program-astroparis\/","title":{"rendered":"Graduate program AStroParis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AStroParis is the graduate school in astrophysics and space of the University Paris, Sciences &amp; Lettres (PSL) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/AStroParis-in-short\/\">AStroParis in short<\/a> <em> <br>\u00a0&#8211; A training directly backed by research, with several periods in the PSL astrophysical labs <br>\u00a0&#8211; Possible long internships during the Master and\/or during a gap-year <br>\u00a0&#8211; New pedagogical approaches <br>\u00a0&#8211; A strong international opening.<\/em> <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/English\/\">English<\/a> Research in astrophysics and space is mostly done in English. As a consequence, AStroParis is taught in English. <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/Research\/\">Research<\/a> All competitive projects in astrophysics conducted in PSL are used as a support for the Graduate Program. <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/Master-PhD\/\">Majors &amp; tracks<\/a> The majors and tracks of AStroParis are designed to optimize the training through research. <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/Lectures\/\">Lectures<\/a> The list of lectures to be opened in September 2020 is not yet definitely established. Please refer to the 2019-2020 lectures <\/li><li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ufe.obspm.fr\/AStroParis\/Application-grants\/\">Application &amp; grants<\/a> Each student applying to the graduate program  AStroParis is required to present a research &amp; education project.   To prepare this project, students are asked to identify the majors they  intend to choose.
